Leadership Archetype Profile
Hello!
This is a private page to support the development of a Leadership Archetype Profile— a comprehensive synthesis of various aspects of you, personally and professionally. These tools are rooted in strengths-based, positive psychology methods and will help us understand what energizes you, where you naturally thrive, and how you can grow by building on what’s already working.
You’ll have access to the results of each assessment, as well as a summary that I prepare and debrief with you. The outcomes of this work are yours and considered a private and confidential part of our work together.
You’ll also have an opportunity to share outcomes from other assessments you may have taken throughout your career—MBTI, EQ, CliftonStrengths, Hogan, etc.. You may also choose to share any internal feedback you’d like to be considered, such as outcomes from a 360 analysis or your last performance rating/review.
How Long Does it Take?
It takes about two hours to complete this process. You do not need to complete all of these at once, but please set aside enough time for each step. Many of these assessments will not allow you to save your work or resume a session once you’ve started. I always recommend taking these when you are calm and relaxed, with minimal distractions. Once completed, it will take me about a week or so to organize the debrief and draft your summary. I’ll reach out to you via email once it’s ready, along with the next steps to schedule the debriefing session.
Confidentiality
All information here remains strictly and completely confidential. It’s your choice of whether and how you’d like to share these findings with your selected coach and if you’d like to make your learnings more broadly available within the organization.
Questions?
If you have any questions as you’re working through this assignment, please reach out. I’m here to help make this an insightful and supportive part of your coaching journey.
Cheers,
Kate
Please work through each step of the process and reach out to me if you have difficulties accessing the links or do not receive information as outlined.

Many of you have previously completed an Enneagram assessment and know your type. The Leadership Archetype uses two different views of the Enneagram and we’re asking you to complete two perspectives of the Enneagram model. We pair these assessments to provide deeper, more nuanced insights beyond basic typing, and retaking ensures we’re working with a current and complete set of data, along with subtype details that are important nuances of the primary type. Why two assessments?
RHETI Enneagram establishes your foundational type—your core patterns, wings and fundamental architecture that likely has been with you your entire life.
iEQ9 captures how you’re actualizing your type right now—which instincts are most activated, where you are on your growth path, and what’s driving you. It adds a recency perspective that reflects how stress, integration, and circumstance are shaping your leadership in the present moment.
Together, the RHETI gives us the “who and the what” and the iEQ9 gives the “how”.
Please proceed to Step Two for instructions on completing the RHETI Enneagram -
The RHETI (Riso-Hudson Enneagram Type Indicator) identifies your core type, wings, and fundamental patterns—providing insight into your motivations, fears, and behavioral tendencies.

The CliftonStrengths assessment identifies your natural talents—the ways you most naturally think, feel, and behave. Understanding your top strengths helps clarify where you're most likely to excel and what energizes you. It provides a foundation for leveraging what comes naturally in service of your leadership.

The Saboteur Assessment identifies those nagging, often intrusive, self-limiting mental patterns and beliefs present in everyone. These "Saboteurs," when activated, can cloud decision-making, impact confidence, or distort perception. Understanding these tendencies allows us to map how internal voices may interact with external challenges—and disrupt those behaviors, separating them from your leadership and life.

This assessment explores how you show up in conversations and conflicts—your natural communication patterns, preferences, and tendencies. Understanding your default patterns helps identify what's working, where friction may arise, and how you might expand your range. This directly informs our work on executive presence and communication effectiveness.
