In Carol's words:

Having held roles in Product Development, Customer Support, and Global Consulting in a fast-growing company, transitioning from a small to large organization, and developing a great understanding of the highs and lows of start-up culture, Carol’s 15+ year corporate career as a strong people manager helped her gain a deep knowledge of the business and leadership skills required for success.   Carol considers resilience and grit among her greatest strengths. As the solo parent of 2 young adults, she also juggled care of aging parents and managing grief after a sudden loss, while still pursuing her own dreams and goals.   Carol’s 10+ year global coaching practice includes clients across companies ranging from small startups to Fortune 100 multinationals. Her clients range from C-level executives to recent college grads who, with her support, find clarity on their best next steps. Confident leadership, compassionate and clear management skills, improved work-life balance, better resilience with uncertainty and change, and demonstrated career progression are the resulting outcomes.
