In Jaymie's words:
I am passionate about guiding clients to thrive in leadership, communication, and management through a holistic approach that supports both professional growth and work–life harmony. Coaching is a journey of self-discovery that helps clients clarify values, deepen self-awareness, and achieve meaningful, often transformative growth.
In 2001, I founded Resilience for Life®, a lifestyle and executive coaching practice. I work one-on-one with C-suite executives, senior managers, directors, and entrepreneurs, and have delivered resilience trainings for organizations including Citigroup, Bloomberg, and Stanford University Graduate School of Business. I hold a PCC credential and am a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, certified Ayurveda Health Educator, and certified Yoga Therapist.
Drawing on both professional and life experience, I integrate positive psychology and motivational interviewing to help clients uncover blind spots and unlock potential. I believe every person is creative, capable, and resourceful, and I bring compassion, clarity, and a sense of humor to each engagement.
