In Kate's words:
Kate is an accomplished executive, founder, and certified coach. Leaders seek her grounded, human-centered approach—whether they're deepening leadership capacity, navigating inflection points, or exploring questions of succession, legacy, and long-term impact. She has walked alongside leaders through moments of meaningful transition, creating space to align vision with action, foster psychologically safe environments, and structure high-stakes conversations. Her clients value her sharp insight, calm presence, and ability to hold both vision and reality—helping them lead with clarity, conviction, and care.
Her journey into coaching began after a nearly twenty-five-year professional career. Finding herself at the intersection of “grow or let go” of the company she founded, she chose to let go—and with that, the identity she had wrapped around it—to make space for more purpose-driven work. Coaching became the conduit, and the rest, as they say is history.
A published author and lifelong learner, Kate is currently working on her third book, exploring early loss and how we learn to grieve. An avid runner and hiker who loves all things nature, she brings the same passion for well-being and balance to her work.
